In a recent article about Sen. Martha McSally, she stated that she, while serving in the military, had been raped by a senior officer and while she talked to military personnel, she felt the system was raping her all over again. The Arizona senator disclosed this at a Senate hearing on sexual assaults in the military.
Just what was the board to do in this case? She doesn't name the perpetrator who assaulted her, where it occurred or any other pertinent information such as were there any occurrences of the like by other women claiming this also happened to them.
Usually the men who do this crime are repeat offenders. Are we to take this at whole without any substantiation?
