Jack Elijah Turner, a suspect in the shooting deaths of Shannon Whitman, 49, and her son Darrin Whitman, 10, in their Randolph Township home, has been found in Charleston, West Virginia and arrested, according to Lt. Autumn Davis of the Charleston Police Department.
Davis said Turner was apprehended without incident at 1 p.m. at a Greyhound bus station, 300 Reynolds St., in Charleston. She also said they would not be releasing further details at this time.
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office in St. Augustine, Fla., which earlier today said Turner was not believed to be in that area of Florida, said Turner, 21, was in custody of U.S. Marshall Service.

The mother and son were both killed by single gunshots to the head Saturday evening at their Route 198 home. Turner faces a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking for allegedly stealing a silver or gray colored Lincoln MKS from the site of the homicides.
