VERNON TOWNSHIP — A Linesville area man is expected to be arraigned later today on multiple charges for allegedly pointing a revolver at another person in the parking lot of Walmart Tuesday night.
According to Vernon Township Police Department, the incident took place at 6:44 p.m. when a man pointed a revolver at another shopper in the parking lot in front of the home and garden side of the store.
Vernon Township police were able to identify the suspect by the license plate of his vehicle and a description of the suspect provided by the victim.
The suspect was found inside the Family Farm & Home store in a nearby plaza where he was taken into custody without incident.
Pennsylvania State Police at Meadville assisted township police at the scene.
