TROY TOWNSHIP — A Titusville man was hit repeatedly by a half-dozen people following a dispute between neighbors Monday, according to state police at Corry.
The 41-year-old man and six other people argued over the use of the roadway on Donna Road at approximately 8:50 p.m., according to state police.
The verbal dispute escalated into a physical altercation as the 41-year-old was allegedly struck by the other six people again and again, causing multiple bruises and a bloodied lip, according to police.
The six alleged attackers consisted of four men aged 19, 21, 24 and 43 and two women aged 19 and 20, according to police. The names of the alleged attackers were not released by police because charges have not yet been filed, a police spokesman said.
Charges of simple assault and harassment will be filed against each of the six alleged attackers through Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols’ office, according to a state police press release.
