Crawford County Maintenance Manager Aaron Fox announced the following county maintenance schedule for the week of Oct. 7 for roadways maintained by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Athey work will be done on Plank Road and Route 6 in Venango Township and Route 99 in Cambridge Township.
Bridge work will be done on Route 89 in Titusville.
Base repair will be done on Miller Hill Road in Rockdale Township.
Boom mowing will be done on Irish Road and Gospel Hill Road in Cussewago Township and Blystone Road, Plank Road and Skeltontown Road in Venango Township.
Ditching will be done on Route 322 in East Fairfield Township, Norrisville Road, South Mosiertown Road and Route 198 in Hayfield Township and Lake Shore Road in North Shenango Township.
Crack sealing will be done on Route 322 in West Fallowfield and East Fallowfield townships.
Pipe replacement will be done on Johnstown Road in Rockdale Township and Beaver Center Road in Conneaut and Beaver townships.
Spray patching will be done on Route 27 in Randolph Township, Interstate 79 in Hayfield and Cussewago townships and Park Avenue Extension in Meadville.
All work is weather dependent.
Fill dirt left over from PennDOT maintenance operations is available to property owners who request the material, have accessible property near work areas and submit a completed M-666 form.
PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and pay attention to signs and flaggers.
