CONNEAUT TOWNSHIP — A Linesville woman was life-flighted to an Erie hospital after being seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash in Conneaut Township.

Pennsylvania State Police at Meadville reported Twila F. Mook, 66, was driving west on Route 6 at 5 p.m. Thursday when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to travel off the road and strike a tree before traveling back onto and blocking the road’s eastbound lane.

Mook was flown by LifeStar helicopter to Hamot Medical Center, where she was being treated in the hospital’s emergency unit as of the Tribune’s press deadline.
