Kirk Douglas Braley, 30, whose last known address was Meadville, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Pennsylvania State Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and officers from the Meadville barracks.

According to police reports, Braley was wanted on warrants issued by state police in Warren, Corry, Punxsutawney and Mercer for felony burglary and thefts of scrap metal and copper. He was also wanted by Pennsylvania State Parole officers for absconding.

Wanted on these warrants since 2007, Braley has been traveling throughout the United States. He turned himself in after his wife, Brandy Braley, was arrested for hindering his apprehension.

He was turned over to state police from Mercer for a preliminary arraignment.
