CONNEAUT LAKE — A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will take place Monday at Conneaut Lake Middle School, according to an announcement from Walberg Family Pharmacies.
The clinic is open to residents of Crawford and Mercer counties. To participate, residents must pre-register online at walbergfamilypharmacies.com/covid-vaccine for an appointment.
Walk-in appointments are also available, but those who do not pre-register cannot be guaranteed a vaccine, according to the announcement.
The clinic is open to those who qualify under Pennsylvania's Phase 1A COVID-19 vaccination guidelines.
Phase 1A in Pennsylvania consists of those most at-risk for illness, according to the Department of Health, including health care workers; those living in long-term care facilities; persons age 65 and older; and those age 16-64 with high-risk conditions.
The announcement from Walberg does not specify whether participants will receive the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.
The middle school is located at 10331 Route 6.
