TITUSVILLE — A Fairfield Township man was arraigned Wednesday on 25 sexual assault charges involving three girls over a 14-month period ending in May 2018.
Nineteen-year-old Joel David Fisher, 20172 Lauderbaugh Road, appeared before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols. Fisher himself ranged from 16 to 18 years old at the time of the alleged incidents, according to the criminal complaint filed by state police at Meadville. The girls involved ranged in age from 6 to 7 years old, 8 to 10 and 13 to 14, respectively, over the course of the alleged incidents, according to the criminal complaint.
Fisher faces 10 second degree felony counts of aggravated indecent assault involving a person less than 13, two second degree felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor — sexual offenses, five third degree felony counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13, three third degree felony counts of corruption of minors when the defendant is 18 or above and a third degree felony count of unlawful contact with minors — sexual offense. Fisher also faces four misdemeanor counts of indecent assault.
Fisher remains free of $25,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for July 23.
