LINESVILLE — A 35-year-old Albion man is headed to trial on charges that he raped a 13-year-old girl in Conneaut Township in 2016.

Gregory James Parker, 13044 W. Cherry Hill Road, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Monday.

Pennsylvania State Police at Meadville allege that the incident occurred at a Beaver Center Road residence on or about Sept. 30 through Oct. 21, 2016. Parker was 33 years old at the time of the alleged incident.

Parker faces first degree felony charges of rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault and unlawful contact with a minor — sexual offenses as well was as a second degree felony charge of sexual assault. He also faces misdemeanor charges for indecent assault by forcible compulsion, corruption of minors, indecent assault without consent and two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.

Parker was released on $25,000 unsecured bond. A trial will be scheduled for the June term of criminal court.
