Magisterial District Judge
-Nicole Marie Teed, 25, of 125 Wadsworth Ave., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident April 1. She was released on $10,000 bond.
-Dakota R. Wells, 13402 Williams Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a vehicle and three summary counts. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident April 24. He was released on his own recognizance.
-Someone gained access to a vehicle parked at a Grange Center Road, Cussewago Township location sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on July 5 and stole a wallet containing $71 in cash, several credit cards and two debit cards. A red Buick sedan was located near the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Meadville at 332-6911.
