Magisterial District Judge

-Adam M. Horvath, 20, of Edinboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 9 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence, one count of underage drinking and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Oct. 1 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Tyler J. Mondi, 19, of Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 10 on state police charges of one count each of burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking for an incident Sept. 8 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail in lieu of $2,500 bond.

-Adam Foreman, 22, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 10 on state police charges of four counts of driving under the influence and one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident Sept. 18 and was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

-Kevin W. Diluzio, 23, of Jamestown, was bound over to the next term of court Nov. 9 before Magisterial District Judge Rita J. Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of burglary and criminal trespass Sept. 18 and was released on $10,000 bond.

- Edward G. Norrix, 47, of Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 9 on state police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and three summary offenses for an incident Sept. 12 and was released on his own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-David R. Gummo, 39, of Snow Shoe, was bound over to the next term of court Nov. 10 before Magisterial District Judge Amy L. Nicols on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and flight to avoid apprehension and two summary offenses for an incident July 10 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $25,000 bond.

-Gerald A. Bienio, 57, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 10 on state police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Sept. 12 and was released on his own recognizance.

State Police

-Ryan M. Harris, 20, of Andover, Ohio, was driving east on Route 285 in Sadsbury Township at 11 p.m. Nov. 8 when his vehicle struck a deer that had run onto the road, subsequently causing the vehicle to travel approximately 150 feet off the road and strike a tree. Harris was wearing a seatbelt and wasn’t injured.

Vernon Police

-Carol Wallace, 69, of Meadville, was driving east on Conneaut Lake Road in Vernon Township around 12:23 p.m. Wednesday when she made a left turn, causing her vehicle to collide with a vehicle being west by Randy McCartney, 58, of Cochranton. McCartney was reportedly transported to Meadville Medical Center and released after treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
