Published April 26, 2008 03:29 pm - T'ai Chi instructor Cootie Harris held the 10th annual Meadville celebration of World T'ai Chi and Qigong Day in Diamond Park Saturday. T'ai Chi is a Chinese martial art widely practiced around the world to promote health and longevity. According Harris it is the most widely practiced exercise in the world.
