However, that doesn’t mean there will be no more dock space available for lease, said LeRoy Stearns, the park’s court-appointed overseer. These docks either will be moved to a different site, or new docks will be constructed in the area near Hotel Conneaut. Stearns said preliminary work has started to clear that area to allow the docks to be put in. “It will give better access to the hotel (by boaters),” he said, adding it also will allow hotel guests to lease dock space.
