MEADVILLE — Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Sean F. Lackey, 41, of 28149 Highway 77, Guys Mills, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 21. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 11.

- Eric J. Garvey, 45, of 344 Pinedale Lane, Lot 11, Atlantic, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of DUI and four summary charges. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 22 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 11.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Todd M. Hopkins, 39, of 210 Willow St., Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 13. He was released on his own recognizance. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21.

n Brittany A. Petruso, 25, of 547 Penn St., Linesville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 25. She was released on her own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

- Adam J. Peever, 29, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by deception. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Nov. 3 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Isaac A. Cunningham, 34, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and four summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on June 9. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $50,000 bail.

- Misty R. Roberts, 24, of Frewsburg, N.Y., waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on May 31 in Rome Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Kristal J. Roberts, 22, of Frewsburg, N.Y., waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on May 31 in Rome Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Jeffery S. Foster, 52, of Grand Valley, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 30 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
