-Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of criminal mischief on Wheeler Road in Conneaut Township between 11:30 a.m. July 5 and 7:30 a.m. July 6. One or more unknown suspects reportedly slashed the tires of a vehicle parked outside of a residence before fleeing in an unknown direction. The investigation continues.
-Jeremy A. Steiner, 18, of Meadville, was accused of underage drinking for an alleged incident on Route 6 and 322 in Vernon Township at 4:20 a.m. July 6, according to state police.
-Buncheat Praseut, 38, of Imperial, was traveling north on Westford Road in South Shenango Township when he attempted a u-turn at the intersection with Church road and was struck by driver Chester Alwine, 60, of Butler, at 11:47 a.m. July 6, according to state police. Alwine was reportedly traveling behind Praseut. No injuries were reported. DCNR and Jamestown Fire Department assisted on scene.
-Mary M. Paul, of Jamestown, was traveling north on East Lake Road in South Shenango Township when she left the roadway for unknown reasons at hit a ditch at 6:42 a.m. July 5, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly rolled clockwise, coming to rest on its roof. The investigation continues. Jamestown Fire Company, Jamestown Ambulance, Conneaut Lake Ambulance and Rogers Towing assisted on scene.
-An unknown driver lost control of a vehicle while traveling north on Highway 18 in Summit Township and left the roadway at 3:46 a.m. June 30, according to state police. The driver reportedly hit several mailboxes and a guide rail. The vehicle’s front right tire was dislodged, making it undrivable, police said. The driver reportedly fled the area.
-Bonnie L. Taylor, 65, of Conneaut Lake, was traveling north on Sunnyside Drive in North Shenango Township when she failed to observe driver Theodore Allen, of Conneaut Lake, and struck his vehicle at 9:31 a.m. July 5, according to state police. No injuries were reported. North Shenango VFD, Conneaut Lake Area Ambulance Service, Smitty’s Towing and L.A. Towing assisted on scene.
Magisterial District Judge
-Bobbi N. Mosley, 31, of Oil City, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver for Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, criminal use of a communication device and intentional possession of a controlled substance. Cambridge Springs police filed the charges for an incident on April 20, 2012, in Meadville. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $75,000 bond.

Magisterial District Judge
-Christopher A. Geibel, 25, of 110 1/2 Third Street, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 9 in Fairfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
-Brittany R. Burek, 21, of 9286 Peach Street, Erie, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 17 in Wayne Township. She was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.
-Ashley M. Stewart, 23, of 15295 Sheets Road, Guys Mills, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 17 in Wayne Township. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.
