Magisterial District Judge

-Jeremy D. Roach, 26, of Venango, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence, intentional possession of a controlled substance and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 30 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Cody L. Shepard, 22, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 21 in Oil Creek Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Shaun C. McKinney, 35, of Meadville, was attempting to turn left from a stop sign on Route 77 in West Mead Township when he struck the vehicle of driver Evelyn Neville, of Meadville, at 6:20 a.m. Nov. 6, according to state police. No injuries were reported.

-Seth A. Baker, age unlisted, of Saegertown, was accused of harassment for an alleged physical altercation on Grange Center Road in Hayfield Township at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 3, according to state police.
