Magisterial District Judge

-Larrie L. Seitz, 33, of 7343 Fisher Road, Conneautville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of hindering apprehension⁄prosecution. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 4 in Spring Township. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Joe W. Earle Jr., 46, of 5961⁄2 Chestnut St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two separate counts of retail theft. Vernon Township police filed the charge for incidents on May 11 and Sept. 15. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jamie M. Marshall, 37, of 11665 Pennsylvania Ave., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of false reports. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 10. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Laurence R. Perrett, 32, of 17144 Enterprise Road, Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on Oct. 12. His bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Edwin A. Peelman, 26, of 449 Fairmont St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 20 in Fairfield Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Kate Newbould, 51, of 13259 McClintock Road, Meadville, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm for Judge Michael Rossi and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of aggravated assault. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on Nov. 2. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Dane E. Brody, 30, of 1928 South Shore Drive, Erie, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 5 in Union Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
