Magisterial District Judge

-Dale B. Woods, 53, address unlisted, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on Feb. 1, 2012. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Stacey L. Stafford, 35, of 1003 East 23rd St., Erie, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by deception and false identification to law enforcement. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on May 12. Her bond is set as nonmonetary.

-Ann M. Stefnoski, 36, of 1332 Harper Road, Erie, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by deception. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on May 24. She was released on her own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Nicholas A. Gates, 25, of 1077 East 347th St., East Lake, Ohio, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child, aggravated indecent assault on a person less than 13 years old, two counts of unlawful contact with a minor and indecent assault. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 30, 2010 in Springboro. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

-Phillip D. Currier, 56, of 506 West Erie St., Linesville, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Amy Nichols for Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 4 in Linesville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond with conditions.

-Dennis R. Dibble Jr., 30, of 5214 Homestead Ave., Linesville, pleaded guilty to the charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Linesville police filed the charge for an incident on Nov. 2, 2012.

n Alexander B. McPherson, 19, of 14195 Primrose Drive, Linesville, pleaded guilty to the charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Linesville police filed the charge for an incident on Nov. 2, 2012.
