MEADVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Neal J. Reagle, 63, of Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and a summary count. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident July 5 in Venango. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Martin J. Ackerman, 40, of Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and a summary count. Cambridge Springs Police filed the charges for an incident July 7 in Cambridge Springs. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Rebecca M. Colburn, 54, of Meadville, and Raymond Houser of Meadville each waived their rights to a preliminary hearing and each was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of simple assault and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident July 5 in Woodcock Township. Both were released on non-monetary bond.

-Michael D. Quiring, 23, of Cambridge Springs, waived his right a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and a summary count. State police filed the charges for an incident June 30 in Cambridge Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Stephen L. Ferringer, 20, of 5186 S. Allen Road, Cochranton, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by receiving stolen property and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Feb. 8 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 20.

-Jeffrey R. Suchy, 31, of 17019 Phelps Road, Linesville, was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver, acting for Marwood, on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and two summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident Friday in Conneaut Township. ?He was placed in the Crawford County jail in lieu of $20,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 20.

-Travis L. Carbaugh, 24, of 7693 Leach Road, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception. State police filed the charges for an incident in East Fallowfield Township June 11. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Robert B. Karlovic, 34, of 2803 N. Fourth St., Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception. State police filed the charges for incidents March 6 in Summit and Summerhill townships. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Brian E. Klinginsmith, 45, of 13077 Sportsman Road, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and three summary counts. State police filed the charges for an incident July 7 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Donald E. Hall, 19, of 668 1/2 Madison Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of simple assault and two summary counts. Pymatuning State Park Police filed the charge for an incident June 13 in Pine Township. He was released on non-monetary bond.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Todd J. Eastman, 35, of 23691 Byler Road, Spartansburg, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on charges of driving under the influence and three summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident June 9 in Spartansburg. He remains free on $10,000 unsecured bond.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-David L. Noel, 48, of 46 Asbury Manor West, Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm two counts of simple assault, one count of aggravated assault and two summary counts. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident July 31. He was released on non-monetary bond with conditions.

-Alexis Quinones, 34, of 429 Walnut St., Third Floor, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of resisting arrest and a summary count. Meadville Police filed the charge for an incident July 24. He was released on non-monetary bond with conditions.

-Kevin D. McFetridge, 50, of 4531 Bentley Road, Espyville, was arraigned on a Meadville Police charge of attempted theft by deception and two counts of retail theft for an incident Aug. 1. He was released on $10,000 bond with conditions. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 13.
