Magisterial District Judge

-Melissa L. Shaw, 34, of 3684 Livengood Drive, Jamestown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on one count of theft by deception and four counts of access device fraud. Meadville Police filed the charges for incidents March 6 and 7. She was released on her own recognizance.

Vernon Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Joseph M. Dillon, 49, of 212 Asbury Manor East, Meadville; Shawn McDonald, 23, of 32 Asbury Manor West, Meadville; and Eric M. Trypus, 44, of 118 Race St., Meadville, each waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and each was bound over to the next term of court on one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission filed the charges for an incident May 9 along French Creek in Vernon Township. Each man was released on his own recognizance.

-Bradley K. Peterson, 23, of 3330 Baily Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term on charges of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Cochranton Police filed the charges for multiple incidents between Dec. 13, 2012, and April 21, 2013. Peterson was released on his own recognizance.
