Magisterial District Judge

-Raymond J. Hicks, 20, of Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on March 7, 2013, in Rome Township. He was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Patricia L. Fultz, 30, of Centerville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of endangering the welfare of children. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Nov. 9 in Athens Township. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

-Shawn D. Nichols, 33, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 6. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Jeremiah E. Staab, 38, address unlisted, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, false imprisonment and one summary charge. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 9. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.



Crimes

State Police

-Norman G. Harvey, 43, address unlisted, was accused of disorderly conduct for an alleged incident on Main Street in Saegertown at 3:50 p.m. April 14, according to state police. He was reportedly found urinating at H&H Supermarket.

n Pennsylvania State Police reported harassment for an alleged physical altercation at Woodland Heights Apartments in West Mead Township at 12:15 a.m. April 15.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a hit and run at the Woodcock Dam parking area in Woodcock Township at 5:50 p.m. April 14. An unknown suspect reportedly struck a parked vehicle in the lot. The investigation continues.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft of services on Ralston Road in South Shenango Township between Aug. 31, 2013, and April 13. One or more unknown suspects reportedly pulled power from a utility pole in order to provide service to a pull-behind camper. The investigation continues.



Crashes

State Police

-Cynthia R. Morgan, 43, of Springboro, was traveling north on Route 18 in Conneautville when she lost control of her vehicle at 6:45 a.m. April 11, according to state police. Her vehicle reportedly left the roadway and struck a garage. No injuries were reported. Smitty’s Towing assisted on scene.

-Kevin M. Welsh, 37, of Linesville, was traveling west on Springboro Road in Spring Township when his vehicle left the roadway at 6:30 p.m. April 9, according to state police. His vehicle reportedly struck two ditches and a mobile home. He sustained minor injuries, police said. Springboro Volunteer Fire Department and ambulance service and Kingsville Towing assisted on scene.
