MEADVILLE — Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Ryan S. Ongley, 24, of Corry, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident in Rome Township July 1. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Briana Bortzer, 21, of Titusville, was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. State police filed the charge for an incident Aug. 29 in Oil Creek Township. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

-Shaine J. Shreffler, 27, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a non-registered person and four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident on April 6. He was released on his own recognizance.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Gregory L. Shaffer Jr., 22, of 3432 Pinedale Lane, Atlantic, pleaded guilty before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on the charge of defiant trespass/actual communication in East Fallowfield Township. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Sept. 6. He was fined $100.

-Dennis S. Cascio, 41, of 22 W. Kidds Mills Road, Lot 40, Transfer, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a communication device. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Dec. 2, 2011, in Linesville. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Oct. 9.

-Steven Darr, 35, of 3370 Maple Lane, Atlantic, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, terroristic threats, simple assault and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 15 in East Fallowfield Township. He was released on $25,000 bail with conditions. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.

-Jeff P. Bryan, 24, of 11191 Route 18, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Conneaut Lake Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 8 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.

-Justin A. Rivers, 32, of 56 Lancaster Ave., Greenville, was held for a preliminary hearing on charges of access device issued to another who did not authorize use and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 22 in Summit Township. His bail is set at $5,000 unsecured. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.

-David P. McIntyre, 31, of 150 Marra Ave., Washington, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 19 in Pine Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.

-Frank A. Kerstetter, 22, of 2339 Lakeview Drive, Linesville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 23 in Conneaut Township. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $25,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 22.

-James P. Degray, 58, of 2727 Lancashier Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 16 in Beaver Township. He was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.

-Marvin E. Jolly, 47, of 129 E. 23rd St., Erie, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on one count of DUI and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 11 in Summerhill Township. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $5,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 22.

-Clifton W. Outten, 48, of 508 Linda Drive, Espyville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by deception. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on July 1 in Summit Township. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $50,000 bail. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 2.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Cody P. Ledoux, 22, of 10974 Henry St., Conneaut Lake, was held for court before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on the charge of endangering the welfare of children. Vernon Police filed the charge for an incident on May 21. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Andrea L. Christie, 21, of 307 Walnut St., Meadville, was held for court on the charge of endangering the welfare of children. Vernon Police filed the charge for an incident on May 21. She was released on her own recognizance.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Dane T. Moore, 25,  of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and two summary counts. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident Aug. 31. He was released on $2,500 bond with conditions.

-Thomas H. Leavell, 23, of 541 Arch St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges driving under the influence and a summary count. Meadville Police filed the charge for an incident Sept. 3. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Ralph L. Rossey, 38, whose address was listed as Crawford County jail, was arraigned on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft, and criminal mischief. Meadville Police filed the charges for an incident Aug. 4. He was placed in the Crawford County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Thursday.
