MEADVILLE — Vernon Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Michael A. Olon, 21, of 970 Park Avenue, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Dec. 6, 2012, in Greenwood Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Caitlin E. Ament, 22, of 12866 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 26 in Vernon Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Jessie Bonecuter, 29, of 359 Walnut Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 8. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Harry W. Boyer Jr., 45, of 9588 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of insurance fraud and theft by deception. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 3, 2012, in Vernon Township. His bond is set at $25,000.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Tyler E. Lindsley, 19, of Union City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and eight summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 9 in Bloomfield Township. Lindsley’s bond is set at $25,000 unsecured.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Ryan R. Heisey, 21, of 640 Cullum Street, Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 19. His bond is set at nonmonetary with conditions.

-Paul R. Brown, 46, of 16695 Park Avenue Extension, Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence. Meadville police filed the charge for an incident on Dec. 14, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.
