Magisterial District Judge

-Kyle E. Hoover, 26, of 11536 Route 198 East, Conneautville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy and possession of red phosphorous with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1, 2012, in Springboro. He was released from Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for May 31.

-Jason P. Fry, 35, of 122 North St., Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver and possession of red phosphorous with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1, 2012, in Springboro. He was released from Crawford County jail on $15,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for May 31.

-Robert D. Nicholas, 56, of 11536 Route 198 East, Conneautville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy and possession of red phosphorous with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. The Attorney General’s office filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1, 2012, in Springboro. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for May 31.

-Jonelle R. Sanders, 26, of 11536 State Route 198 East, Conneautville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of possession of red phosphorous, etc. with intent to manufacture a controlled substance. The Attorney General’s office filed the charge for an incident on Jan. 1, 2012 in Springboro. She was recommitted to Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond. Her arraignment is scheduled for May 31.

-Joseph M. Harrison, 67, of 6908 Lake Road, Atlantic, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 5 in West Fallowfield Township.
