MEADVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Dennis C. Losey, 19, Cambridge Springs, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and three counts of indecent assault. Cambridge Springs police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 1. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $60,000 bond.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Alexis M. Pratt, 19, of Jamestown, N.Y., waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of retail theft. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 15 in Oil Creek Township.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Brandi M. Spencer, 27, of 23056 Rockdale Road, Cambridge Springs, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of welfare fraud. The Inspector General’s office filed the charge for an incident on Sept. 30, 2012, in Meadville. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Lisa J. Gilchrist, 33, of 619 Washington St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of welfare fraud. The Inspector General’s office filed the charges for incidents on April 30, 2008, May 31, 2012, and Aug. 31, 2012, in Meadville. She was released on her own recognizance.

-James D. Rainey, 30, of 595 Park Avenue, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on six counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, three counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal use of a communications facility. Meadville police filed the charges for incidents on Jan. 10, 2012, Jan. 13, 2012, and Feb. 13, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Jarett Michael L. Hanson, 23, of 22076 Van Acres, Venango, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence, false identification to a law enforcement officer and three summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on April 19. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Christopher A. Lexso, 30, of 513 Willow St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of DUI and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on April 5. He was released on his own recognizance.
