Magisterial District Judge

-Chad N. Walker, 25, address unlisted, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 16, 2011. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Lisa D. Carr, 48, of Union City, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 22 in Sparta Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Lewis E. Pisani, 22, of Union City, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 15 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-George K. Franz, 25, of 10957 Karlin St., Harmonsburg, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and bound over to the next term of court on charges of materially false written statement and unsworn falsification to authorities. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 5, 2013. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Derek Lamar D. Selby, 27, of 7152 Saltsburg Road, Penn Hills, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, selling controlled substance without label, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 7 in Union Township. He was released on $75,000 bond.

-Justin J. Jackson, 31, of 405 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 30 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
