State Police

-Scott E. Anthony, 29, of Hartstown, and David A. Humphrey, 49, of Hartstown, were accused of harassment for an alleged physical altercation on Pine Road in East Fallowfield Township at 1:50 p.m. Nov. 30, according to state police.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft on Atlantic Road in East Fallowfield Township between June and Nov. 30. One or more unknown suspects reportedly stole 130 wooden folding chairs, valued at approximately $10 apiece, from a storage shed. The chairs are stamped with East Fallowfield Fire Department, HFD and Hartstown Fire Department labels, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call state police, Meadville barracks at 332-6911.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft on Route 322 in Meadville between Aug. 29 and Dec. 5. One or more unknowns suspects reportedly stole four inspection tickets from Supercare. Anyone with information is asked to call state police, Meadville barracks.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported scattering of rubbish at the intersection of Adamsville and Atlantic Lake Roads in East Fallowfield Township between Nov. 5 and Dec. 5. One or more unknown suspects reportedly littered property with shopping bags full of trash, dirty diapers and empty bottles of Depo-testosterone. The incident occurred several times within the past month, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call state police, Meadville barracks.

-Michele Kinney, 32, of Titusville, was accused of a protection from abuse violation for an alleged incident on Hydetown Road in Oil Creek Township at 8:42 a.m. Nov. 30, according to state police.
