Magisterial District Judge

-Cynthia M. Mullen, 45, of 6616 Bordeau House, Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal attempt and terroristic threats. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on July 22. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

-Michael L. Lantz, 35, of 14380 Baldwin St. Ext., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on four counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, two counts of criminal use of a communication device and two counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance. Meadville police filed the charges for incidents on Sept. 6, 2011, and Feb. 23, 2012. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Devanie M. Coudriet, 32, of 560 Smith St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possessing liquefied ammonia gas/precursors/chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, two counts of criminal conspiracy and illegal dumping of methamphetamine waste. Meadville police filed the charges for incidents on May 1 and June 12. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Louis W. Lamonde Jr., 28, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of possessing liquefied ammonia gas/precursors/chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, two counts of criminal conspiracy and illegal dumping of methamphetamine waste. Meadville police filed the charges for incidents on May 1 and June 12. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

-Paul Ray G. Burger, 32, of Asbury Manor West, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on May 31. His bond is set as nonmonetary with conditions.

-Jason Ryan Boehm, 33, of 625 Park Avenue, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Meadville Police Department charges of eight counts of statutory sexual assault, four counts of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, one count of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of aggravated indecent assault and one count of corruption of minors for incidents occurring in January and February, and eight counts of indecent assault on a person less than 16 years of age for incidents occurring in August 2012, all involving a 15-year-old victim. He was committed to Crawford County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
