Magisterial District Judge

-Jacob C. Foulk, 20, of 177 Spring St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on five counts of theft from a motor vehicle, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, intentional possession of a controlled substance and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on June 8. He was released on his own recognizance.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Matthew T. Fuller, 26, of 26128 Welsh Hill Road, Spartansburg, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm without a license. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 1, 2012, in Rome Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $7,500 bond.
