Magisterial District Judge

-Adam H. Watson, 23, of 173 Spring Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of indecent assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 17. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $5,000 bond.

-Jessica L. Brown, 23, of 1047 Hemlock Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28, 2012. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Jeremiah J. Brown, 29, of 1007 Alfred Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of robbery, theft by unlawful taking, terroristic threats and two counts of criminal conspiracy. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28, 2012. His bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Nicole M. Brown, 20, of 1047 Hemlock Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy. Vernon Townhip police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28, 2012. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Wesley A. Massey, 30, of 23780 North Mosiertown Road, Saegertown, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 12, 2012. His bond is set as nonmonetary.

Magisterial District Judge

-Nathanial A. Johnson, 30, of Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver for Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of unlawful restraint, resisting arrest, threatening to commit a crime, criminal attempt, disorderly conduct and one summary charge. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 20. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 11.
