MEADVILLE — Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Zachery Plemmons, 19, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats and harassment. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 31, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Scott A. Gurdak, 54, of Bear Lake, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 9, 2012, in Sparta Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Martin L. Graham, 57, of Pleasantville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of theft of services. Titusville police filed the charge for an incident on Dec. 7, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Daniel W. Covell, 56, of Titusville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of forgery. Titusville police filed the charge for an incident on July 3, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jonathon M. Carnes, 18, of 401 Washington Street, Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of possession of a weapon on school property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 12, 2012, in Linesville. He was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

-Christopher A. Roseberry, 29, of 9662 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of disorderly conduct. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 11, 2012, in Meadville. His bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Dylan P. McCracken, 26, of 7302 Main Street, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 24, 2012, in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Adam H. Watson, 23, of 173 Spring Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of indecent assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 17. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $5,000 bond.

-Jessica L. Brown, 23, of 1047 Hemlock Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of criminal conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28, 2012. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Jeremiah J. Brown, 29, of 1007 Alfred Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of robbery, theft by unlawful taking, terroristic threats and two counts of criminal conspiracy. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28, 2012. His bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Nicole M. Brown, 20, of 1047 Hemlock Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy. Vernon Townhip police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 28, 2012. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Wesley A. Massey, 30, of 23780 North Mosiertown Road, Saegertown, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 12, 2012. His bond is set as nonmonetary.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Nathanial A. Johnson, 30, of Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver for Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of unlawful restraint, resisting arrest, threatening to commit a crime, criminal attempt, disorderly conduct and one summary charge. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 20. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 11.



Crashes

State Police

-Michael B. Mahews, 39, of Greenville, was attempting to negotiate a curve on Adamsville Road in East Fallowfield Township when he slid off the roadway from icy conditions at 12:40 a.m. March 1, according to state police. He reportedly suffered minor injuries.

-Teri L. Beach, 37, of Titusville, was traveling north on State Route 89 in Sparta Township when she lost control of her vehicle on an ice patch and left the east side of the road at 7:20 a.m. March 1, according to state police. Her vehicle reportedly impacted a ditch and rolled over before coming to rest in a field. She suffered minor injuries, police said.



Crimes

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police reported an act of criminal mischief on Gravel Run Road in Woodcock between 3 and 3:30 a.m. Feb. 28. One or more unknown suspects allegedly drove through a yard and caused damage to a lawn as well as an entrance door and wooden platform on the property.

-Pennsylvania State Police are looking for one or more unknown suspects accused of damaging a car windshield on State Route 27 in Oil Creek Township between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. Feb. 28. The 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer was reportedly damaged with an unknown object. Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police, Corry barracks at (814) 663-2043.

-Pennsylvania State Police received a report of a missing firearm in the area of Brimstone Road in Rome Township. The gun, which was lost between October and Dec. 25, 2012, is described as a Colt Woodsman .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol with nickel finish. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police, Corry barracks at (814) 663-2043.

-Utility company CCI Systems of Iron Mountain, Mich., reported unknown individuals stole $400 worth of work signs on Route 8, north of Dutch Hill Road in Bloomfield Township between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 25, according to state police. No further details were released.
