MEADVILLE — Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Rachel G. West, 32, of Tidioute, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 6. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Philip E. Palmer Jr., 39, of Townville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 9 in Townville. His bond is set at $2,500 unsecured.

-Donald L. Hanna Jr., 49, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of DUI and two summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 18.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Michael D. Lawson, 34, of Cleveland, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, stalking and harassment. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 18 in Conneaut Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Joseph A. Ober, 33, of 20247 Route 18, Conneautville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 24 in Summit Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Andrew A. Wright, 25, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 22 in East Mead Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-William A. Russell, 40, of Cambridge Springs, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 14 in Woodcock Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
