Magisterial District Judge

-Kandy R. McGlothren, 31, of 13118 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault by vehicle, driving under the influence and two summary charges. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 15. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

State Police

-Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a case of assault involving an alleged physical altercation between two undisclosed male and female Hydetown residents at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 4. The male reportedly injured the woman’s face and is expected to face charges before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols.
