Magisterial District Judge

- Robert C. Wyant, 44, of 210 North Water St., Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident on March 1. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Charles C. Glering, 51, of 116 N. Chestnut St., Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of operating a methamphetamine lab and manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 24 in Linesville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

- Erik J. Hotte, 30, of 1537 Bucktail Road, Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and two summary charges. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on March 1 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Lydia S. Godinich, 24, of 36 Vance St., Greenville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on March 6 in Sadsbury Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

- Frank E. Boal, 71, of West Middlesex, was traveling north on Route 173 in Fairfield Township when he lost visibility due to a dust cloud and struck a tractor trailer making a u-turn April 2, according to state police. Passenger Paula Boal of West Middlesex reportedly sustained minor injuries.

Magisterial District Judge

- Bryan J. Sedlak Jr., 21, of 1431 Overdale Drive, West Homestead, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of hindering apprehension/prosecution and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 17 and 21. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Todd A. Hoffman, 42, of 706 Highland Ave., Meadville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault, four counts of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on March 30. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

- Steven J. Mulligan, 41, of 369 Euclid Ave., Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 26. He was released on $20,000 bond.



Crashes

State police

- Adam Luke Gibbons, 30, of Meadville lost control of his vehicle while traveling west on Route 322 in West Mead Township at 9:57 p.m. on March 29 and spun 180 degrees clockwise and rolled over onto its driver’s side. Gibbons had to be extricated from the vehicle due to it being submerged water. An investigation continues.

- Travis R. Pratt, 27, of Meadville was traveling south on South Mosiertown Road in Hayfield Township at 9:15 p.m. on March 29 when he lost control, slid off the roadway and struck a ditch. Pratt was not injured.
