MEADVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-A case against Logan Joseph Therasse, 26, of Edinboro, was waived for court following a preliminary hearing before Saegertown Area Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver on charges of careless driving and two counts of DUI. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 30 in Venango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Donald B. Byerley, 23, of Bradford, pled guilty to the charge of simple assault before Zilhaver. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Sept. 9 in Randolph Township. A charge of harassment was withdrawn and he was released from Crawford County prison.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Dana Lynn Rodgers, 46, of Titusville, was waived for court before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on charges of careless driving and two counts of DUI. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 20 in Oil Creek Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Carrie May Nelson, 27, of Titusville, was waived for court before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols on the charge of retail theft. Titusville police filed the charge for an incident on Aug. 30 in Titusville. She was released from Crawford County Prison on $2,500 bail.

Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

Charges against Mark Douglas Ulbrich, 57, of Meadville, were waived to the next session of Crawford County court after he waived a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm on charges of careless driving and two counts of DUI. Pennsylvania State Police at Meadville filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 15 in West Mead Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Bryan Scott Stephens, 43, of 2100 Independence Drive, Saegertown, was arrested by Meadville police on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was arraigned before Chisholm, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 28. He was placed in Crawford County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

n Irving Reid St. John, 61, of Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm on charges of forgery and theft by deception. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 17. He was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 28.
