Magisterial District Judge

-Seth A. Baker, 33, of 19180 Grange Center Road, Saegertown, was arraigned before Magisterial District William Chisholm for Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 18 in Hayfield Township. His bond is set as nonmonetary.

-Sheree Henderson, 30, of Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of terroristic threats and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 18 in Woodcock Township. Her bond is set as nonmonetary.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Raymond M. Bull, 29, of 24849 Hillcrest Road, Union City, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm for Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal attempt and criminal mischief. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 22, 2011, in Bloomfield Township. His bond is set at $10,000.

-Marie L. Thayer, 36, of Union City, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on May 6 in Oil Creek Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Michael L. Allen, 30, of Pleasantville, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence and two summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident in Sparta Township April 7. He was released on his own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Ernest S. Hart, 25, of 20999 Fairfield Acres, Cochranton, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 12, 2012, in Fairfield Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $30,000 bond.

-Ashley L. Metz, 325 S. Eagle St., Geneva, Ohio, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Vernon Township Police filed the charges for an incident Sept. 11. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.



Crimes

State Police

-A 38-inch orange Husqvarna chain saw, a yellow-handled sledge hammer, three Craftsman tool sets and a five-gallon gas can were taken from the tool box of a Union City man’s truck while it was parked along Route 408 in Hydetown between 6 p.m. June 4 and 6 p.m. June 5.

-Zachary Price, 20, of Pleasantville, was accused of theft for allegedly stealing prescription medication from a shopping cart at Wal-Mart in Titusville at 4:28 p.m. June 15, according to state police.

n Pennsylvania State Police reported a burglary on Washington Street in Conneautville at an unknown time on June 13. One or more unknown suspects reportedly entered a resident’s garage and took two kayaks.

n Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft on Broadford Road in Hayfield Township between 9 p.m. May 24 and 8:30 a.m. May 31. One or more unknown suspects reportedly entered a property and stole several items, including a bench grinder, four rusted steel wheels and two copper welding leads. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police, Meadville barracks at 332-6911.

-A 17-year-old male was accused of theft for an alleged incident at a business along Lake Road in Bloomfield Township at 5:15 p.m. June 14, according to state police. The juvenile reportedly removed a shovel from the property and fled the scene. The shovel was dropped by the accused after a short distance and recovered by the victim, police said. The investigation is ongoing.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a burglary at a residence along Buells Corners Road in Rome Township between 11 a.m. June 13 and 7:33 p.m. June 14. One or more unknown suspects reportedly removed a Hot-Tech MIG welder and Acer laptop computer, valued at an estimated total of $630.
