Magisterial District Judge

-Jeffrey R. Waychoff, 50, of Grand Valley, waived his right to a preliminary hearing  before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and one summary account. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 25. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Justin M. Shepard, 26, of Union City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and four summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident Aug. 25 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Justin A. Rivers,  32, of 56 Lancaster Ave., Greenville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on charges of theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 22 in Summit Township. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 4.
