Magisterial District Judge

- James T. Fleegal, 28, of 1901 McMinn St., Aliquippa, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 25 in Greenwood Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Taylor P. Gorman, 22, of 1041 Chancery Lane, Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on June 21. His bond is set at $25,000.

- Nicole C. Carter, 22, of 16721 Cussewago Road, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, retail theft and intentional possession of a controlled substance. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 1, 2012. She was released on her own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

- Evan M. Gilchrist, 27, of Guys Mills, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 28 in Hayfield Township.
