MEADVILLE — Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Ben M. Williams, 26, of 755 Hartman St., Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 25. He was released from Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.

-Dakota J. Duncan, 22, of 828 Grove St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of resisting arrest and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 2. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Deyanna N. Bowen, 39, of 2636 Bonnaffon St., Philadelphia, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of criminal attempt, two counts of forgery and two counts of identity theft. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 20. She was released from Crawford County jail on $30,000 bond.

-Chairity A. Covell, 36, of 350 Pine St., Meadville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi for Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of endangering the welfare of children, defiant trespass, simple assault and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 25. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-David J. Randazzo, 50, of 1064 South Morgan St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence. Vernon Township Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 26. He was released on his own recognizance.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Bryan E. Ruth, 35, of 334 Main St., Greenville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 8 in West Fallowfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jarvis L. Atkins, 22, of Pleasantville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of receiving stolen property. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on April 23. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

-Chad A. Davenport, 35, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 26 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on $20,000 unsecured bond.

-Nicholas A. Reynolds, 22, of Lancaster, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of person not to possess/use/etc. firearm, four counts of receiving stolen property, manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Dec. 19. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $35,000 bond.

-Ryan D. Steadman, 26, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of disseminating explicit sexual material to minor, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and unlawful contact with a minor. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 27. He was released from Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.



Crashes

State Police

-Mary L. Myers, 56, of Cochranton, was traveling west on Deckards Road in Wayne Township when her vehicle left the roadway and overturned in a ditch at 6:15 a.m. Jan. 27, according to state police. No injuries were reported. Leonard’s Towing assisted on scene.

-Samuel Pagan, age unlisted, of Erie, was traveling north on Interstate 79 in Cussewago Township when he lost control of his vehicle at 9:32 a.m. Jan. 28, according to state police. His vehicle reportedly traveled across both lanes and struck a guardrail before spinning counterclockwise and coming to rest. No injuries were reported. Goodban’s Towing assisted on scene.

-Quinn V. Bergeon, age unlisted, of Waterville, Ohio, was traveling north on Route 86 in Woodcock Township and attempted to make a right turn, losing control of the vehicle at 8:42 a.m. Jan. 28, according to state police. The vehicle reportedly traveled through an intersection and struck a guardrail. No injuries were reported. Hayden’s Towing assisted on scene.

-An unknown driver left the roadway while traveling north on Interstate 79 in Hayfield Township at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 28, according to state police. The vehicle, pulling a car trailer, reportedly left the roadway and continued into the snow. The car trailer swung counterclockwise, striking the vehicle’s driver side, police said. The vehicle was reportedly towed back onto the snow and driven from the scene. No injuries were reported.
