Magisterial District Judge

-Nicole M. Santos, 35, of 253 Walker Drive, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on six counts of endangering the welfare of children by a parent/guardian and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on July 5. She was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-William J. Catlin, 69, of 625 Park Ave., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, own/sell/manufac-ture/transfer of incendiary device and disorderly conduct. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on June 5. His bond is set as nonmonetary with conditions.

-Jacob Lewis Pond, 18, of 23138 Old Plank Road, Venango, was arraigned on Meadville Police Department charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for an Aug. 7 incident at the intersection of State and Greendale streets and released on nonmonetary bail with conditions.

-Jamal K. Harris, 35, of 537 Pine St., Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing on two counts each of delivery of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance. Meadville Police filed the charges for incidents March 15 and 30, 2012. He was released on $10,000 bond.

-Jeremy M. McPhearson, 32, of 20410 Blooming Valley Road, Meadville, was arraigned on a charge of theft by unlawful taking. West Mead Township Police filed the charge for an incident from May 29 to June 24. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled Sept. 12. He was placed in the Crawford County jail in Saegertown in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Christina J. McKnight, 41, of 9391 Ward North Road, Kinsman, Ohio, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft from a motor vehicle, access device fraud and receiving stolen property. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on April 22 in Sadsbury Township. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-David K. Nelson, 28, of 2339 Lake View Drive, Linesville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 26 in Conneaut Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $15,000 bond.

-Robert C. Toth, 51, of 8440 Harmonsburg Road, Linesville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 28 in West Shenango Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Raph J. Lloyd, 46, of 10111 Gehrton Road, Conneaut Lake, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 23, 2012, in Summit Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Christopher D. Chapin, 54, of 13982 Kendra Lane, Victoria Estates, Harmonsburg, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of fraudulent/alter-ed/forged/counterfeit title/registration/insurance and three summary charges. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 3. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Eric J. McCracken, 34, of 9588 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 27 in Summerhill Township. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Harry B. Hogue Jr., 29, of Asbury Manor West, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 27 in Summerhill Township. He was released from Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Christopher A. Roseberry, 29, of 10824 Springboro Road, Springboro, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 27 in Summerhill Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Phillip D. Currier, 56, of 506 West Erie St., Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 4 in Linesville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Susan L. Reabe, 45, of 1732 Seneca Road, Jamestown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 13 in South Shenango Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Frank A. Saunoras, 57, of 4216 Battleridge Road, McDonald, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and one summary charge. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident on July 13. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Anthony J. Dupont, 48, of 625 Park Ave., Meadville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 25 in West Fallowfield Township. His bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Jack A. Warner Jr., 55, of 7261 Perkins-Greenville Road, Kinsman, Ohio, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 7 in West Shenango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Richard T. Williams, 65, of 91 Gates Hollow, Bradford, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on July 25 in Sadsbury Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
