MEADVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Kenneth A. Gregor, 49, of Saegertown, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 16 in Woodcock Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Derrick D. Lowery, 29, of Centerville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 1, 2012, in Richmond Township. He was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Jessica L. Engle, 30, of Girard, Ohio, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1, 2009, in Woodcock Township. She was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Sheree Henderson, 30, of 2525 Reed St., Erie, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood for Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of terroristic threats and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 18 in Woodcock Township. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond with conditions.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Nicholas Thompson, 24, of Titusville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary and criminal trespass and two summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on May 12. He was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Sheldon W. Abrigo, 36, of Centerville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on March 27 in Rome Township.

-Steven M. Wright, 59, of Pleasantville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 8. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Matthew T. Fuller, 26, of 26128 Welsh Hill Road, Spartansburg, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood for Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without license. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 1, 2012, in Rome Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $7,500 bond.

-Jody A. Huet, 23, of Grand Valley, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 8 in Oil Creek Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Daniel Lee Shreffler, 38, of Oil City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and seven summary counts. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident March 27. He was released on his own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-James A. Keller, 46, of 290 Willow St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on April 28 in Vernon Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Valerie M. Mayo, 36, of 1748 Harrison Road, Espyville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and receiving stolen property. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Brittany R. Burek, 20, of 9286 Peach St., Erie, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood for Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 17 in Wayne Township. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Ashley M. Stewart, 23, of 15295 Sheets Road, Guys Mills, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 17 in Wayne Township. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $5,000 bond.

-Justin L. Coursey, 21, of 12302 Hickory Drive, Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence, inhaling toxic releasing substances and two summary counts. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident in Vernon Township Dec. 12, 2012. Coursey was released on his own recognizance.

-Robert Nini Adams, 32, of 3688 Ron Lane, Youngstown, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on five counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation and one count of criminal use of a communication device. Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General filed the charges for incidents in Vernon Township March 17 and 20. He was released on $30,000 bond.

-Michelle L. Prizinsky, 38, of 25920 Ramsay Drive, Cochranton, her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of DUI and two summary counts. Cochranton Police filed the charges for an incident. Prizinsky was released on her own recognizance.

-Evan B. Dahl, 21, of 21063 State Highway 408, Townville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of DUI and a summary count. Cochranton Police filed the charges for an incident April 27. Dahl was released on his own recognizance.

-Ashley Dawn Richard, 26, of 11334 Pennsylvania Ave., Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court following a preliminary hearing before Rossi on a charge of retail theft. Vernon Township Police filed the charge for an incident April 18 at Wal-Mart. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.



Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Jarett Michael L. Hanson, 23, of 22076 Van Acres, Venango, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of false identification, two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on April 19. He was released on his own recognizance.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Edgar L. Guiher II, 32, of 11372 E. Third St., Conneaut Lake, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver, unlawful body armor, receiving stolen property, intentional possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Conneaut Lake police filed the charges for an incident on May 13 in Sadsbury Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $50,000 bond.

-Ralph E. Steele III, 29, of 195 S. Third St., Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation. The state Attorney General’s office filed the charges for incidents on Jan. 30, 2012, March 6, 2012, and May 18, 2012, in Conneaut Lake. His bond is set at $25,000 unsecured.

-Elliot S. Thornburg, 21, of 5915 Swanville Road, Erie, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident in Conneautville March 30. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.



Crashes

State Police

-Rita A. Koffman, 38, of Atlantic was injured in a one-vehicle crash with deer at 6:25 a.m. Sunday in Greenwood Township. Koffman was driving east on Adamsville Road when a deer entered the roadway and Koffman steered away to avoid a collision, but hit a second deer that had entered the roadway. Koffman’s Toyota Rav 4 then went off the road an struck an embankment. Koffman was released after treatment at Meadville Medical Center. She was wearing a seat belt.



Crimes

State Police

-Unknown persons burglarized a South Shenango Township man’s residence and outdoor storage sheds on Westford Road between 3 p.m. Thursday and noon Saturday removing electronics equipment and vehicle parts. Those with information about the crime are asked to call 332-6911.
