MEADVILLE — Saegertown Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Kenneth A. Gregor, 49, of Saegertown, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 16 in Woodcock Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Derrick D. Lowery, 29, of Centerville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 1, 2012, in Richmond Township. He was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Jessica L. Engle, 30, of Girard, Ohio, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Jan. 1, 2009, in Woodcock Township. She was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Sheree Henderson, 30, of 2525 Reed St., Erie, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood for Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of terroristic threats and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 18 in Woodcock Township. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bond with conditions.

Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Nicholas Thompson, 24, of Titusville, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary and criminal trespass and two summary charges. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on May 12. He was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Sheldon W. Abrigo, 36, of Centerville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on March 27 in Rome Township.

-Steven M. Wright, 59, of Pleasantville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and one summary charge. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 8. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Matthew T. Fuller, 26, of 26128 Welsh Hill Road, Spartansburg, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood for Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without license. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Nov. 1, 2012, in Rome Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $7,500 bond.

-Jody A. Huet, 23, of Grand Valley, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 8 in Oil Creek Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Daniel Lee Shreffler, 38, of Oil City, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of driving under the influence and seven summary counts. Titusville Police filed the charges for an incident March 27. He was released on his own recognizance.
