Magisterial District Judge

- Donald J. Vaughn, 25, of Conneaut Lake, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 4 in Hayfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Shawn P. Trzeciak, 44, of Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 2 in Woodcock Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Jeffrey W. Melnick, 57, of Cambridge Springs, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on the charges of simple assault and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 8 in Rockdale Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

- Melody J. Mokwa, 56, of Cambridge Springs, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of marijuana. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charge for an incident on Nov. 22, 2012, in Richmond Township.

- Randy D. Kiser, 51, of Saegertown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 13 in Woodcock Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

- Keenan S. Ellison, 22, of 1861 Cliff Street, Pittsburgh, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of resisting arrest and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on March 10. His bond is set as nonmonetary
