MEADVILLE — Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Dean P. Phillips, 43, of 628 Church Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and bound over to the next term of court on charges of retaliation against a witness, criminal conspiracy, simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 21. He was placed in the Crawford County jail on $30,000 bond.

-Raymond J. Edwards, 49, of 628 Church Street, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of retaliation against a witness, criminal conspiracy, simple assault and one summary charge. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 21. He was placed in Crawford County Prison on $30,000 bond.



Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Robert J. Hain, 61, of Centerville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Titusville police filed the charges for an incident on March 4. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Christina M. Trojak, 28, of Titusville, was held for a preliminary hearing nd bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Titusville police filed the charge for an incident on Feb. 1. She was released on her own recognizance.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Veronica L. O’Connor, 32, of 2441 15th Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 11 in Vernon Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Nathaniel A. Johnson, 30, of 16874 Brookside Drive, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of aggravated assault, three counts of unlawful restraint, resisting arrest, threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and one summary charge. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Feb. 20. He was placed in the Crawford County jail on $25,000 bond.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Michael G. Holt Jr., 31, of 283 Walnut St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 15, 2012, in Summerhill Township. Her bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Allen S. Frost, 23, of 17093 South Townline Road, Linesville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on a charge of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on March 3 in Conneautville. He was released on his own recognizance.



Crimes

State Police

-Kyle Dingfelder, 25, of Union City, was accused of harassment for an alleged altercation with a 30-year-old Union City man on Circuit Drive in Bloomfield Township at 5:54 p.m. March 25, according to state police.

-Ted R. Ferraro, 38, of Union City, was accused of harassment for an alleged altercation involving a 58-year-old Union City woman and a 19-year-old Corry female on Spruce Street in Bloomfield Township at 11:15 March 26, according to state police.
