State Police

-Jason McElhaney, 30, of Townsville, was accused of harassment for an alleged domestic assault on North Main Street in Townsville at an unknown time on Oct. 23, according to state police.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported a burglary on West Spring Street in Oil Creek Township between 12:15 and 12:30 a.m. Oct. 26. A suspect reportedly broke into a residence, causing approximately $400 in damages to an exterior door, and fled the scene in an unknown vehicle. The investigation continues.

-James R. Deboe, 46, of Erie, was accused of assault for an alleged domestic altercation on Forest Green Drive in West Mead Township between 11 p.m. Nov. 1 and 12:55 a.m. Nov. 2, according to state police.

n Jean Halsted, 63, of Spartansburg, was accused of retail theft for an alleged incident on Buells Corners Road in Rome Township between 2 and 4 p.m. Oct. 18, according to state police. She reportedly stole $35 in gas from Buell’s Corners Store.

-Michael Minnis, 31, of Erie, was accused of possession of drug paraphernalia for an alleged incident on Route 322 in Vernon Township at 11:15 a.m. Oct. 29, according to state police.

n Pennsylvania State Police reported a case of terroristic threats at Saegertown High School in Hayfield Township between 8 and 8:30 p.m. Oct. 25. A 13-year-old female reportedly brandished a knife and threatened several juveniles during a football game. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

-Courtney Graig, 23, of Espyville, was accused of retail theft for an alleged incident at Dollar General in North Shenango Township at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 31, according to state police. She reportedly stole an estimated $450 in store merchandise over the course of three months.

n Pennsylvania State Police reported a theft on West Center Road and Stateline Road in Conneaut Township between 12 p.m. Oct. 18 and 12 p.m. Oct. 21. One or more unknown suspects reportedly removed two portable motors from Stryker Energy well sites.

-Pennsylvania State Police reported an alleged burglary on Grant Street in Saegertown between 5 and 8 p.m. Oct. 28. A suspect reportedly gained entry into a residence and stole an estimated $1,550 in cash. The investigation continues.
