MEADVILLE — Meadville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Barry R. Swift, 42, of 26484 Sherwood Drive, Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of interference with custody of children and three summary charges. West Mead Township police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 23. He was released from Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Joseph E. Labonowski, 35, address unlisted, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 29. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Anthony T. Waid, 26, of Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and two summary charges. Meadville police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 14. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $30,000 bond.



Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Richard J. Loadman Jr., 46, of 15 Copperfield Ave., Pittsburgh, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of terroristic threats, harassment and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 4 in Conneaut Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Linda A. Franz, 54, of 15 Copperfield Ave., Pittsburgh, was held for a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 4 in Conneaut Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Angie A. Eells, 23, of 10959 Hill Road, Conneautville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and one summary charge. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 4 in Conneautville. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Brianna R. Wotherspoon, 21, of 29 South Wood St., Greenville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of use⁄possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Linesville police filed the charges for an incident on April 12. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Marisa R. Miller, 26, of 2508 Mallard Way, Mechanicsburg, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of false swearing and false reports. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 23 in Spring Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Henry E. Morrison, 55, of 709 Main St., Conneautville, was arraigned and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI, false identification to a law enforcement officer and seven summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 25 in Conneautville. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $7,500 bond.



Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Bryon C. Leach, 21, of 17240 Williams Road, Cochranton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on July 30 in Greenwood Township. He was placed in Crawford County jail on $10,000 bond.

-Jessica P. Reed, 20, of 923 Forest Drive, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on Sept. 23. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Brittany Chrispen, 24, of 7 East Second St., Oil City, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on the charge of retail theft. Vernon Township police filed the charge for an incident on March 22. She was placed in Crawford County jail on $20,000 bond.

n Ashley J. Gibson, 24, of 984 Alfred St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 25 in Vernon Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Alison D. Hopkins, 27, of 504 College St., Emlenton, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 8 in Greenwood Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Joseph N. Bull, 27, of 6721⁄2 Arch St., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 15. He was released from Crawford County jail on $2,500 bond.

-Jennifer S. Acker, 34, of 6721⁄2 Arch St., Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and three summary charges. Vernon Township police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 15. She was released from Crawford County jail on $2,500 bond.

-Timothy J. Palaski, 32, of 14589 West Vernon Road, Meadville, was held for a preliminary hearing and bound over to the next term of court on charges of possession of marijuana, use⁄possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of DUI and two summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 6 in Conneaut Lake. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Carrie S. Flowers, 20, 10797 Pettis Road, Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on three counts of DUI and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 5 in Vernon Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

-Julie A. Colvin, 40, of Waterford, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Oct. 4 in Bloomfield Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

-Darlene Dempsey-Gorske, 56, of Cambridge Springs, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Sept. 16 in Oil Creek Township. Her bond is set at $10,000 unsecured.

-Curtis L. Wolfkiel, 32, of Titusville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on Aug. 14 in Oil Creek Township. He was released on his own recognizance.
