MEADVILLE — Crashes

State Police

-Terry Rhome, 57, of Franklin, was driving west on Route 322 at Oak Drive in Wayne Township at 7:19 p.m. on July 20 when he slowed for a vehicle making a turn, causing Stephanie Billings, 33, of Conneaut Lake, who was traveling behind Rhome, to slow as well. Robert Martin, 38, of Franklin, did not stop and hit Billings, who then hit Rhome. There were no injuries.

-Tanya M. Grossman, 20, of Union City, was traveling south on Wilkins Road in Bloomfield Township at 4:55 p.m. on July 18 when she lost control of the vehicle, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch causing it to overturn. Grossman was not injured.

Crimes

State Police

-Someone stole a black leather purse containing a digital camera, iPhone and Coach sunglasses from a Pittsburgh woman at the Beach Club, Conneaut Lake Park, at 10:30 p.m. on July 20.

-Someone entered a garage on Center Road, Cussewago Township, at 4:50 p.m. on July 20 and removed various tools before leaving. An investigation continues.

-Someone broke a window and entered the club house at Green Acres Golf Course, Troy Township, between 8 p.m. July 16 and 8 a.m. July 17. Once inside they removed a small amount of cash and then fled the scene. An investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Corry at (814) 663-2043.
