MEADVILLE — Titusville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Marvin B. Byler, 21, of Clymer, N.Y., waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and five summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 16 in Sparta Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

-Daniel K. Dylewski, 22, of Erie, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and four summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on May 27 in Bloomfield Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Melinda S. Hamilton, 52, of Titusville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of DUI and exceeding the speed limit. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 12 in Steuben Township. She was released on her own recognizance.

Linesville Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Shelly L. Ansell, 36, of 414 West 5th Street Erie, was held for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood and bound over to the next term of court on the charge of receiving stolen property. Linesville police filed the charge for an incident on April 12. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.

-Stephen F. Fabich, 55, of 664 Conneaut Lake Road, Adamsville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges for an incident on June 26 in South Shenango Township. He was released on his own recognizance.

Vernon Township Area

Magisterial District Judge

-Angela M. Secules, 45, of 1463 Route 322, Utica, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi and was bound over to the next term of court on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary charges. Cochranton police filed the charges for an incident on June 5. Her bond is set at $5,000 unsecured.
