Magisterial District Judge

-Deetta D. Blauser, 39, of Jamestown, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 30 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of criminal trespass and criminal mischief for an incident Dec. 24, 2011 and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $5,000 bond.

-Paul M. Williams, 32, of Jamestown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 30 on a state police charge of one count of criminal trespass for an incident Dec. 23, 2011 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

-Keith J. Sochor, 24, of Meadville, was bound over to the next term of court Jan. 31 on state police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and two summary traffic offenses for an incident Nov. 24, 2011 and was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge

-David M. Macpherson, 41, of Cambridge Springs, was bound over to the next term of court Jan. 30 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Jan. 8 and was released on his own recognizance.

-Tim E. Willey, 34, of Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 30 on state police charges of one count each of simple assault and harassment for an incident Dec. 25, 2011, and was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Nichole L. McClain, 28, of Cambridge Springs, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 30 on state police charges of one count each of simple assault and harassment for an incident Dec. 25, 2011 and was released on nonmonetary bond.

-Avard W. Lindsey, 57, of Franklin, was arraigned Jan. 30 on state police charges of one count each of possession of contraband/controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver for an incident Jan. 24 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $20,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 9.
